there is no such thing as design any more

About

For 30 years, delavina has been creating tangible products, services, systems, experiences, and ventures that integrated the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the demands of business to deliver breakthrough ideas. However, we've come to the realization that our way of working must evolve to meet the challenges of today's world. We need to design more responsibly and not just minimize harm, but improve what's broken.

We believe that what's good for people and the planet is also good for business. As the world continues to grapple with issues such as climate change, social inequality, and environmental degradation, companies that prioritize sustainability and regenerative practices will be in the best position to grow and lead in this new era.

At our studio, we believe that design should be inclusive and center the expertise and lived experiences of those with underrepresented and marginalized identities. This means that we strive to design with, not for, communities and organizations, because they have a unique understanding of the societal, economic, and environmental implications of our work.

We're proud and pushing to work with visionary leaders who believe that businesses, governments, and the communities they serve can be powerful levers of change in the world. Whether we are fighting plastic pollution with recyclable and plastic-free alternatives or design a new brand strategy, we feel a deep responsibility to prioritize collaboration over competition.

We're excited to work with others who share our vision for a more sustainable and equitable future, and we're committed to stepping into that future together.

We believe that by working collaboratively and embracing bold new ideas, we can create a future that we're all excited to live in. We're driven by a sense of urgency to make a positive impact, and we can't wait to get started.

If you share our passion for regenerative, inclusive design, we invite you to join us on this journey. Together, we can create a better world for all.
